Softengine’s Global Cloud Service Center for SAP by Virtustream offered BigByte exactly what they wanted – a complete hosting solution that provides cloud-managed services, high-availability backup and recovery, hosting infrastructure, ERP support and reduced onsite overhead. Softengine augmented the new system with special return merchandise authorization functionality within the customer service component of SAP Business One.
